Privacy notice
Vertex Talent Groups is responsible for personal information processed through this website and platform. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be submitted through the contact page.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Vertex, this may include account and authentication details; candidate identity, contact, work history, education, skills, CV and application data; employer identity, organisation, job and recruitment-pipeline data; training registration and participation data; contact enquiries; audit, security, device and service-use data.
Why and how we use it
We use information to provide requested recruitment, account, employer and training services; communicate about those services; secure and administer the platform; meet legal obligations; and improve service reliability. The applicable lawful basis may be contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent, or steps requested before entering a contract.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, communications and operational service providers. Their roles, processing locations and transfer arrangements depend on the enabled service and must be assessed for the applicable jurisdiction. Candidate information is shared with employers only through authorised recruitment workflows.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for the service, legal, security and dispute periods that apply to it, then deleted or anonymised. Vertex uses access controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, audit records, secure development practices and service monitoring; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent where consent applies. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Account deletion requests can be made through the contact page.
Cookies and updates
Essential cookies support authentication, OAuth security and account sessions. They do not depend on optional consent. Analytics is optional and disabled unless you choose to allow it. If you consent, Vertex uses Google Analytics 4 to measure high-level page and product usage, including pages viewed, referral source, device and browser information, and approximate country, region and city information. This geographic information is IP-derived by Google Analytics and is not an exact physical location. Vertex does not store raw IP addresses, GPS coordinates or street-address location data for this reporting. We do not send passwords, account tokens, CVs, profile contents or enquiry text to analytics. If you consent to analytics and later register, Vertex also records, once, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any UTM campaign parameters, so we can understand which channel led to your registration. This is stored internally against your account and is never linked to a Google Analytics identifier. You can reject, withdraw or change this choice at any time using Cookie settings. Advertising tracking is not enabled. This notice may be updated when services or legal requirements change; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
Professional review status: this notice has not yet received recorded professional legal approval for every jurisdiction in which Vertex may operate.
