Terms
Platform and service terms
These terms govern access to Vertex Talent Groups recruitment, employer and training services. Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully.
Candidates and employers
Candidates remain responsible for the accuracy of profiles, eligibility statements and applications. Employers remain responsible for lawful, accurate job listings, fair recruitment decisions and authorised handling of candidate data. Job ownership and candidate access are enforced through authenticated accounts.
Listings and external providers
Vertex may display roles supplied by external job providers. Those roles link to the identified provider and are not represented as Vertex client vacancies. Vertex does not guarantee that a listing remains available or that an external provider's information is complete.
No outcome guarantee
Vertex does not guarantee employment, interviews, placements, salaries, visas, sponsorship, employer relationships, training outcomes or progression. Decisions remain with the relevant candidate, employer, training provider or authority.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse personal data, impersonate others, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, publish discriminatory or unlawful listings, or use Vertex for fraud. Vertex may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse or enforce these terms.
Intellectual property and availability
Vertex and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding and original content. Users retain rights in their information while granting the permissions needed to operate requested services. Services may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Liability, termination and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, Vertex is not responsible for indirect loss or third-party decisions and services. Users may stop using the service; obligations concerning data, acceptable use and intellectual property survive where appropriate. Governing-law and jurisdiction wording requires final professional approval.
Contact
Questions, complaints or termination requests can be submitted through the Vertex contact page.
Professional review status: jurisdiction-specific platform, work-seeker, employer and training terms require approval before final reliance.
