Training cancellation and refund policy

Registration and fees

A registration records interest and does not itself confirm a place. Programme fees, payment instructions, delivery arrangements and onboarding information are supplied privately by email. Do not send payment-card details through Vertex forms or email.

Confirmation and payment

A place is confirmed only after Vertex issues written confirmation and any required payment is reconciled. Learners should review the programme, duration, fee and delivery information before paying.

Cancellation and statutory rights

Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Cancellation eligibility and timing depend on location, purchase circumstances and whether services have begun. Contact Vertex promptly with the registration reference.

Early commencement

If training is requested before an applicable cancellation period ends, Vertex may request express consent to begin and acknowledgement that cancellation rights can be affected once services are supplied.

Rescheduling, non-attendance and changes

Vertex may offer reasonable rescheduling subject to notice and availability. Non-attendance does not automatically create a refund right. Vertex may change tutors, dates, delivery arrangements or content where reasonably necessary, and will communicate material programme changes.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original or another agreed secure payment method. Deductions may apply for services already supplied where lawful. Training participation does not guarantee employment, interviews or progression.
